IT Pros' administrative offices sit in affluent Overland Park Kansas on Metcalf Ave located between I-35 and I-435 Freeways. We are continuously growing and expanding our markets. Our success is attained through the contributions of every employee.

Corporate Sales:

  • Develop new corporate accounts.
  • Maintain existing accounts.
  • Generate revenue through corporate users, companies, school, and government.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that customer's needs are meet.
  • Prepare quotes and or bids.
  • Type orders and manage orders throughout the process to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Work with Accounting department to assist the customer in developing Net terms.
  • Research and evaluate new methods to increase revenue. This may include Trade Shows, marketing promotions, etc.
  • Prepares weekly sales recap reports.
  • Resolve customer concerns regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as manufacturing, customer service, and financial services.
  • Proactively share sales strategies with other sales personnel.

Customer Service Representative:

  • Receive inbound and place outbound telephone calls and perform data entry.
  • Provide online customer support for the shipment and delivery of our products.
  • Perform account maintenance and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process RMA requests.
  • Minimum of one year customer service experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the Internet.

Marketing Assistant:

  • Develop website content to market our products.
  • Develop affiliations and networks with the media and public.
  • Provide marketing research through collection and analysis.
  • Formulate marketing strategies to promote product awareness.
  • Minimum of one year experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations. B.A. /B.S. degree required.
  • Experience in web design and development, such as HTML, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Javascript, and Flash.
